Liolâ Double Use Cream

The legendary classic recipe that hasn't changed since 1997.
It maintains its standard and always gives great results.
Perfect for double use, cooking and whipping.
It does not split in acid use and in cooking.
It maintains its consistency and shape for a long time.
It does not contain starch and is easy to digest.

Store at +6/+20°C. Ready to cook.

It can be whipped as it is or adding (15-20%) of sugar and/or (5/10%) of cold milk.

Once opened keep in the fridge and use within 3-4 days

Sania With Sugar U.H.T. Whipping Cream

For all uses of pastry, stuffing, creams. Special for decorations. More volume and tightness. More versatility in storage and assembly. Absence of syneresis, does not release liquid and does not wet the surface of the sweet.

Store at +6/+20°C. Ready for whipping.

Before whipping chill in the fridge at +4/+6°C. It can be whipped as it is or adding (15-20%) of sugar and/or (5/10%) of cold milk.

Pour Sania cream maximum 10% of the bowl volume

Once opened keep in the fridge and use within 3-4 days.
